As we continue to grow our UK market, we are seeking driven, results-oriented sales professionals to join us on a commission-only basis.

* Estimated OTE: £30,000+ per annum

Key Responsibilities
* Work with company-provided and self-generated leads to engage potential investors
* Promote premium international property investment opportunities
* Conduct property presentations, one-to-one consultations, and seminars
* Build and maintain strong relationships with investors and agents
* Manage the full sales cycle from initial enquiry through to completion
* Consistently meet and exceed individual sales targets
* Represent Sheng Tai International professionally at events and networking sessions
Who We’re Looking For
* Highly sales-driven with a strong desire to succeed financially
* Confident, outgoing, and persuasive communicator
* Strong negotiation and closing abilities
* Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently
* Comfortable working in a commission-only, performance-led role
Preferred (But Not Essential)
* Experience in property sales, investment sales, or financial products
* Existing investor, agent, or professional network
* Background in commission-based or target-driven environments
