Job Description
Hours of work: 40 hrs Monday – Friday, some split shifts. Must be willing to work evenings and weekends when required – possibility of overtime.
Duties include (but are not limited to):
Regularly inspecting sites and identifying and resolving any maintenance repairs to ensure a safe environment.
Organising and scheduling equipment maintenance tasks.
Responsibility for vehicle safety and hydro pool maintenance and safety.
Working alongside the Health and Safety team to oversee development projects on site.
Overseeing the Cleaners and managing cleaning operations to maintain building standards.

Essential eligibility includes
Experience of Caretaking Maintenance/Handyperson skills
Being prepared to lone work and be a key holder
Hold a full driving license and willing to drive to other centres
Required to share responsibility of being On-Call for the sites
You will need to be flexible, responsible and be proactive and responsive to maintenance and caretaking and have a keen eye for detail in order to meet our high standards.
