Purpose of the Role To provide excellent customer service through the preparation, presentation, and service of food and beverages, ensuring client and customer satisfaction at all times. Key Responsibilities Assist with food preparation, presentation, and service in line with company standards Provide a friendly, efficient, and professional service to customers Maintain a clean, hygienic, and safe working environment Serve customers during service periods and operate the till accurately Complete sales records, temperature checks, and delivery checks Prepare and deliver hospitality services as required Clean all catering areas, equipment, and utensils in line with cleaning schedules Refill and clean vending machines where applicable Set up service counters and ensure adequate stock levels throughout service Report customer feedback, incidents, or issues promptly Support special events and functions, including occasional work outside normal hours Undertake training and comply with all health, safety, food hygiene, and allergen regulations Provide cover in other areas during holidays or busy periods What We’re Looking For Previous experience in food handling or catering (desirable) Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to follow food safety, health & safety, and hygiene standards A positive, reliable, and flexible approach to work High standards of personal hygiene and presentation Ability to work well as part of a team Key Focus Areas Customer and client satisfaction Food safety and allergen awareness Health & Safety compliance Teamwork and continuous improvement What We Offer A supportive team environment Training and development opportunities The chance to work with a leading global service provider If you are passionate about customer service and take pride in delivering quality food services, we would love to hear from you.
