Location: Billingham Start Date: ASAP Position: Full-time KS2 Teacher Pay: Competitive, based on experience About the Role Full classroom responsibility within Key Stage 2 Leading a class with a range of behavioural needs Implementing clear routines, expectations, and behaviour management strategies Working closely with the senior leadership team, behaviour leads, teaching assistants, and support services Delivering engaging, differentiated lessons to meet varied learning needs Creating a calm, structured, and supportive learning environment where every child is valued What We’re Looking For Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) Recent experience teaching in KS2 Strong behaviour management skills and confidence working with challenging behaviour A patient, consistent, and trauma-informed approach Excellent communication and teamwork skills A commitment to helping pupils make progress both academically and emotionally All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
