Job Title: Asbestos Administrator

Salary: Up to £38,000
We are recruiting an Asbestos Administrator on behalf of a well-established asbestos management company that delivers survey and testing services to a wide range of clients across the public and private sectors throughout the UK. The company is currently undergoing significant growth, and they are looking to bring in a dedicated individual to provide essential administrative and coordination support as a key part of their expanding team.
Key responsibilities:
* Planning, coordinating and scheduling asbestos surveys across sites and maintaining the calendar.
* Reviewing and validating survey data and findings, correcting discrepancies and escalating complex issues.
* Handling telephone and email queries, answering incoming calls and making outbound calls as required.
* Coordinating with Surveyors/Analysts, clients, contractors, and internal teams.
* Inputting asbestos survey data and creating reports through TEAMS asbestos software.
* Creating technical reports based on asbestos survey results.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in administrative roles, with excellent organisational and communication skills.
* Previous experience in the asbestos or construction industry is advantageous but not essential – full training and support will be provided.
* Must be able to reliably commute to the Warrington office, Monday to Friday. This is a full-time, office-based position.
* Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
