The University of Suffolk is seeking an enthusiastic and passionate academic to support delivery of our flagship pharmacy programme. Working under the guidance of the Head of Pharmacy, you will play a pivotal role in driving innovation and excellence within our human biological sciences theme in teaching, research, and professional practice. As a Lecturer in Pharmacy, you will be expected to deliver learning, teaching, and assessment to both full-time and part-time students, engage in scholarly activity and research, and participate in the wider work and administration of the School.
Applicants must have an undergraduate degree in Pharmacy, at least 3 years of clinical pharmacy experience (post-registration), and be registered with the Pharmacy regulator (GPhC or equivalent international regulator). A HE teaching qualification is essential, or candidates must be committed to achieving Fellowship of Advanced HE status within 18 months of appointment (12 months for experienced academics).
About The Team
You will join experienced, enthusiastic colleagues within the School of Allied Health Sciences, dedicated to supporting the development of Pharmacy at the University of Suffolk. As a new area of development, the team is expected to grow in the coming months and years.
