This role will be based in community setting supporting an Individual who has ABI and complex health needs and requires a high level of care and support. Required Skills/Qualifications: 2 year or more experience as a Healthcare Assistant with complex care experience. ABI experience Full UK driving licence and access to a car (essential). Nursery nurse qualifications or similar. Diploma in relevant health/ social subject.
