Job Title: Estate Enhancement Operative
Responsible for carrying out internal and external enhancement works within the Council’s Housing stock to the agreed service standard/specification.
The post holder will act as the first point of contact for residents in the Neighbourhood, ensuring a customer-focused service in line with best value.
The post holder will work as part of a team or individually, providing services to our customers.
Key Responsibilities include:
1. Operational tasks related to estate enhancement works including external/internal maintenance, vulnerable and shared garden enhancement, fire signage installations, and basic handyman works.
2. Support the caretaking service with estate improvement projects.
3. Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with internal colleagues, contractors, and external organisations to deliver enhancement initiatives.
