The role involves travel to UK, Irish, and international sites, with flexible base location discussions. Join Zertus UK & Ireland as our Procurement Manager - Chocolate & Ingredients, leading procurement for a high-impact category. Manage a spend across 300 suppliers, sourcing globally. Responsibilities:
1. Lead procurement strategy for chocolate and ingredients across UK & Ireland, demonstrating market knowledge and commercial acumen.
2. Manage a team of two, including a Category Buyer and Procurement Analyst.
3. Develop sourcing plans and build supplier relationships.
4. Negotiate contracts and manage supplier performance using tools like Mintec, Power BI, and e-sourcing platforms.
5. Travel internationally for trade shows and supplier visits.
6. Collaborate with internal stakeholders across various departments.
7. Participate in team building, training, and group initiatives.
8. Deputise for the Head of Procurement.

* Proven experience in procurement of raw materials within FMCG.
* Passion for chocolate and ingredients, with strategic and global purchasing experience.
* Knowledge of contract law and procurement tools.
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent, MCIPs qualified.
* Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and people management skills.
* Ability to travel internationally.
