What you’ll be doing:
* You’ll proactively manage the care team, ensuring the highest standard of care and support is given to our residents.
* Promote a culture of personalised care that always puts our residents first.
* Providing nursing care and interventions where needed.
* Motivate and support your team, ensuring everyone contributes to the smooth running of the home.
* Act as a role model for other clinical and care team members, always striving for excellence.
* You’ll report directly to the Deputy Manager/Clinical Lead, keeping them in the loop on any important matters.

* A qualified nurse (RGN with an active NMC PIN)
* Someone with a genuine passion for elderly care and significant experience working in a care home or similar environment.
