Office Manager | West Hallam | Permanent | £28,000 - £32,000
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Office Manager to join a well-established and growing business based in West Hallam, Derbyshire. This is a key role within the organisation, responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office and providing essential support across the business.
The Role
As Office Manager, you will oversee office operations and act as a central point of contact for staff, suppliers, and visitors. Responsibilities will include:
* Managing daily office administration and procedures
* Coordinating facilities, supplies, and office services
* Supporting senior management with administrative tasks including operations and finance
* Producing various reports for management
* Working on any ongoing projects to improve the business during this time of growth
* Being a point of initial contract for visitors and customers
* Managing relationships with external suppliers and contractors
* Handling health & safety and compliance-related administration
* Supporting basic finance administration as required during busy times
* Helping finance with payroll / payroll queries
About You
To succeed in this role, you will:
* Have previous experience in an Office Manager or senior administrative role if you have any previous finance experience that would be a real plus but isn’t essential
* Be highly organised with strong attention to detail
* Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Be confident managing multiple priorities in a busy environment
* Have good IT skills, including MS Office especially being confident with Excel
* Be proactive, reliable, and able to work independently

They are offering a salary of £28,000 - £32,000 depending on experience, it is on site every day, hours are 9:00am - 5:00pm, Monday to Friday with 30 minutes for lunch.
