Lead the CRM, Retention, and Lifecycle Marketing strategy across email, SMS, and loyalty platforms.
Manage and grow the subscriber base, ensuring GDPR compliance and data hygiene.
Plan, brief, and execute email marketing campaigns that increase customer engagement and repeat purchase.
Collaborate with E-commerce, Creative, and Performance Marketing teams to align messaging and timing.
Write and test compelling content that reflects brand tone and resonates with the community.
Analyse and report on key CRM metrics: open rate, CTR, conversion rate, repeat purchase, and Customer Lifetime Value (CLV).
Champion new tech, tools, and channels from Klaviyo to emerging CRM and marketing automation trends.
4+ years experience in CRM, Retention, or Lifecycle Marketing, ideally within fashion, streetwear, lifestyle, or eCommerce brands.
~ Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into strategy.
~ Experience with email automation, segmentation, and A/B testing.
~ A creative yet commercial thinker with excellent copywriting and campaign planning skills.
~ Ambition to build a team and shape the retention function as the brand scales.
Full ownership of CRM and retention strategy from concept to execution.
