Healthcare Support Worker – Band 3

Responsibilities
* Deliver high‑quality nursing care to patients as part of a multidisciplinary team.
* Work under direct supervision of a Registered Nurse who delegates care provision.
* Maintain own practice within defined limits of competence and within scope of the role.
* Collaborate with the team, providing compassionate, hardworking and client‑focused care.
Qualifications & Requirements
* Valid Care Certificate or equivalent experience.
* Ability to work well within a team and demonstrate compassion, dedication and passion for client care.
* Previous experience as a Healthcare Assistant preferred.
Working Hours
Full time – 37.5 hours per week. Part‑time requests will not be considered.
Training & Development
Receive clinical training and daily supervision by a trained staff member to perform clinical skills safely and competently.
Location
St George’s, Epsom, and St Helier University Hospitals and Health Group – South West London and North East Surrey.
