Dental/ Orthodontic Lab Manager
Are you a competent Orthodontic Lab Manager with growth mindset looking for your next challenge?
We have an exciting position for a competent Dental Lab Manager to join a dynamic and friendly practice. AMK Laboratories Ltd is part of Turret Orthodontics Ltd, a single lab manufacturing dental appliances for multiple practices. Our products include orthodontic appliances, functional appliances, fixed and removal appliance, aligners, retainers, and additional appliances.
Established for over 10 years, the Laboratory is now growing and requires a competent and ambitious manager to lead the small team and manage the lab operations and client base.
The successful candidate will be managing and running the operation of our growing dental lab, printing 3D aligners. You will need to be registered with the GDC and will ideally have the additional following key skills:

* Good knowledge of orthodontics
The job will include:
* Managing the operation of the dental lab
* 3D printing of models and production of retainers and aligners
* Cutting, trimming and smoothening of aligners and retainers
* Scanning import and export to ortho systems
* Maintaining full and accurate laboratory records
* Ensuring the right materials are used to make each individual appliance
* Packaging and preparing appliances for delivery
* Ordering of materials
* Managing the lab process and invoices
* Supporting clinicians in surgery with technical advice
Qualifications
* Proven experience in a laboratory management role within the orthodontics sector.
* Strong knowledge of patient care practices related to orthodontics.
* Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with staff and patients.
* High level Qualification (BSc/HND or equivalent)
* Familiarity with IT systems relevant to laboratory operations is preferred.
* Familiar with Itero and Delta Face 3D printing

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £50,000.00-£55,000.00 per year
