Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage the internal and external sales team to meet and exceed budgeted sales and margin targets
* Take ownership of KPIs and year‑on‑year performance
* Contribute to commercial decisions, including buying and forecasting
* Monitor and improve customer experience through service excellence
* Collaborate closely with operations and transport to ensure seamless service delivery
* Oversee people matters within the sales team, including development and succession planning
