Job Description
I am actively seeking an experienced Business Analyst, with experience implementing Dynamics 365 CE/ Dynamics CRM within the charitable sector, for an exciting new role with an established UK Microsoft Partner. My client specialises in providing Dynamics 365 CE/ CRM solutions to a host of brilliant businesses UK wide, and they're looking to further add to their consulting team ahead of an array of fresh, greenfield implementations across 2026 and beyond.
This role is home based, with occasional travel to customer sites (project phases dependant).
Role & Responsibilities
* Business process analysis and requirement gathering - AS IS/ TO BE
* Mapping processes, conducting workshops, user stories
* Developing functional design documentation
* Involvement in install, testing and key user training
* Working with existing customers on analysing process/ system improvements
Skills & Qualifications
* A proven track record implementing Microsoft Dynamics CRM or Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE)
* End to end CE/ CRM implementation cycle skills, from analysis through to go-live
* Non-profit/ charitable sector project experience
* Confident communication skills, written and verbal - solid stakeholder management ability
