Care Assistant – Domiciliary Care
Location: Cannock & Surrounding Areas
Job Type: Full-time / Part-time
Shifts: 7am–2pm | 3pm–10pm (alternate or every weekend)
Are you a caring and compassionate individual looking for a rewarding career in care? We are recruiting Care Assistants to support adults in their own homes across Cannock and surrounding areas, helping them remain independent and comfortable.
Key Responsibilities
* Personal care including washing, showering, and toileting
* Supporting dignity, respect, and independence
* Medication administration
* Meal preparation
* Domestic duties such as cleaning and laundry
* Working as part of a double-up care team
About You
* Caring, empathetic, and reliable
* Strong communication skills
* Able to build positive relationships with service users, families, and professionals
* Previous care experience preferred but not essential – full training provided
Essential Requirements
* Full UK driving licence
* Access to your own vehicle for work purposes
* Ability to travel within Cannock and surrounding areas
* Right to work in the UK
(Due to the areas covered, non-drivers cannot be considered for this role.)
