Chef
We are a welcoming, country pub known for hearty, freshly prepared dishes and a warm atmosphere. We take pride in serving quality food that keeps our guests coming back. Were looking for an experienced Chef to join our team. Youll have the freedom to bring creativity to the menu while maintaining high standards of taste and presentation.
Accommodation potentially available above the pub. Position may suit a couple as front of house positions are also available.

Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook dishes to a consistently high standard
Manage kitchen operations efficiently with the assistance of KPs and other team members
Maintain hygiene and safety standards
Developing seasonal menus, sourcing and ordering ingredients
Working closely with front of house delivering outstanding service offerings to our customers and our supportive management team
What we are looking for
Proven experience as a Chef in running a full kitchen service
Ability to work independently and as part of a team with strong communication skills
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Passion for great food and customer satisfaction
