Job Overview
This is a key role providing Business Partnering support to Senior Leaders within our East Midlands business areas for a UK leading business offering multiple services across various sectors.
Main Responsibilities
1. Work with leadership teams to deliver goals aligned with the 5 Year Business Plan and People Making the Difference strategy.
2. Provide coaching and support on operational people challenges and change management.
3. Influence and challenge leaders to foster a high-performing culture.
4. Lead talent and succession planning using the 9-box methodology.
5. Support with complex casework and work closely with the Organisational Development and Careers Teams.
6. Promote wellbeing and total rewards benefits.
7. Develop strong relationships with leadership teams and coach People Advisors.
8. Collaborate with the People shared service team and support embedding a positive working culture.
9. Assist in key People budget decisions, including remuneration and rewards.
10. Represent and promote the brand of the business areas and the Group.
11. Ensure ownership of people management is reinforced by line managers and support key stakeholders on People projects.
12. Occasional travel to Head Office in Ipswich.
Experience & Skills
* Solid HR Business Partner experience in a fast-paced environment.
* Ability to influence senior management.
* Tupe experience is highly desirable.
* Experience with change management and handling challenging conversations.
* Confident communicator at all levels.
