Workload & Structure
4+ sessions per day
27 patients per day, structured and predictable
15‑minute appointments
Mix of face‑to‑face, calls, and e‑consults
Protected admin/task slots built into the day
No traditional duty doctor model with Acute Hub system in place
First patient not until 09:30 when covering
Minimal home visits covered daily by Paramedic/ANP team
Excellent continuity of care with your own patient list

Established GP Training Practice with multiple trainers

Positive feedback from GPs previously introduced (all still in post)
Strong focus on reducing GP workload
Ongoing workflow optimisation to cut admin burden
Extensive MDT support including: ANPs, Paramedics, Pharmacists, Mental Health Practitioner, First Contact Physio, Social Prescriber, Specialist Nurses (Diabetes, Cancer Care, Women’s Health, CDM)
