The role
is for you if:
1. Strong experience of operating model design and large change projects preferably within a consulting environment or leading asset management focused business. You will have been able to demonstrate a track record of high-quality design and delivery success in the work you have undertaken to date and be able to articulate the business benefits of the work.
2. In depth experience with asset servicing solutions and services provided incl. State Street, BNY, NT and BNP Securities Services.
3. Understanding of the core investment management platforms and solutions incl. BRS Aladdin, SimCorp Dimension, CRD/State Street Alpha
4. Excellent business knowledge within the whole Asset Management value chain - Front Office, Middle Office as well as Back Office.
5. Experience as a solutions architect and is able to ‘own’ the new business architecture vision on behalf of stakeholders
6. Experience designing future state asset management operating models resulting from a variety of change catalysts such as: core platform change, new product, merger/acquisition, start up, cost reduction, outsourcing, globalisation
7. Excellent track record in the field of the Asset Management value chain, from both internal and outsourced perspective.
8. Excellent track record of Target Operating Model Design and Implementation, including structured business analysis, functional decomposition, sourcing model, data model, organisational model as well as high level technical architecture.
9. Excellent track record of Programme/Project Manager for large complex asset management projects as well as Stakeholder Management.
10. Very strong knowledge of the PMO function, for example, planning, status reporting, SteerCo reporting.
