Overview
1:1 Learning Support Assistant/Teaching Assistant – St Peter’s CE Primary School & Nursery, Telford & Wrekin Council. Permanent, full-time (32.5 hours per week, term time only). Scale 2 Points 3-4 (£12.85 – £13.05 per hour).

What you will do
* Provide 1:1 learning support for a KS2 pupil with Special Educational Needs each morning, working closely with the class teacher to meet the pupil’s academic and pastoral needs.
* Deliver general classroom support in the afternoons to contribute to a positive, busy school environment.
* Build strong, caring relationships with children and staff; be reliable, hard-working, and have a good sense of humour.
What we are looking for
* Experience as a Teaching Assistant or similar role with children.
* Ability to form positive relationships with both pupils and staff.
* Willingness to go the extra mile when needed and contribute to a supportive school community.
