This position offers the potential to become a permanent role through a temp-to-perm pathway.

Day-to-Day Duties
As a Drivers Mate, your responsibilities will include:
* Assisting with the delivery of kitchens and bathrooms to customers' homes
* Supporting the driver to ensure all deliveries are made safely and on time
* Completing approximately ten deliveries per day – this is a physical role involving heavy lifting
* Following correct manual handling and unloading procedures
* Communicating clearly with customers and providing excellent service
* Reporting any delivery issues back to the office promptly
* Adhering to all health and safety regulations on-site and during deliveries
To succeed in this role, you will need to:
* Work well as part of a team
* Have strong communication skills
* Be physically fit and comfortable lifting heavy items
* Be punctual and reliable
(Not essential, but beneficial):
* Previous experience as a Driver's Mate
* Background in customer service
Training Provided
* 2–3-hour site assessment
* One full week of training (site & classroom based)
* Manual handling and safe working procedures training
