The Data Analyst Role at Mars Wrigley is a fairly new role and gives the successful candidate an opportunity to express themselves in how the data is presented. It requires software skills and an ability to establish inter-personal relationships with a variety of team members across the site, interacting with all levels of associates in various departments. Numerous training courses are available to expand your knowledge of the various IT systems utilized to benefit the whole business.
What are we looking for?
* Experience in Data analyzing and amalgamation of systems
* Report writing and presentation to Leadership team level
* Power BI and Excel design and implementation
* SAP experience in FMCG business
* Training experience
* Availability to work onsite
What will be your key responsibilities?
* Collect all data for the maintenance team and translate this into the KPIs needed to monitor performance.
* Ensure all maintenance expense spend is correctly categorized and reported on a weekly and periodic basis.
* Collect data and update the maintenance safety, quality and performance KPIs on a weekly, daily and periodic basis.
* Perform the role of CMMS key user for the site and participate in the regional community.
* Train all maintenance technicians on correctly using CMMS and ensure accurate work recording.
* Partner with other sites to share data & KPIs to improve processes and systems.
* Present KPIs to technicians and technical leadership teams.
* Be a technology ambassador to find system opportunities to improve maintenance data collection.
* Maintain training records for the technical teams.
