ICT Service Desk Analyst required to work with our client based in Ballymoney. As a ICT Service Desk Analyst you will be required to provide the first line support and technical services in relation to the timely logging and resolution of ICT incidents and service requests within the facilities of the NHSCT. This position is full time Monday - Friday 9-5 and estimated to last 3 months with a possibility of extension. The pay rate is £13.57 per hour. Duties & Responsibilities include: Handle first-line support by logging and resolving incidents and service requests. Forward issues to the appropriate teams and follow up to ensure theyre resolved on time. Make sure all tasks follow agreed procedures and meet SLA targets. Follow all data protection, confidentiality, and security policies when handling information. Report and help manage any security incidents, working with other departments as needed. Assist with installing and setting up hardware and software. Help maintain up-to-date documentation for ICT systems and hardware.
