About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and driven Lettings Manager to oversee our residential lettings operations across Harrogate and Leeds. This is a key leadership position where you will be responsible for managing day-to-day lettings activities, driving business growth, ensuring compliance, and leading a high-performing team.
The ideal candidate will be commercially minded, target-driven, and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service while maximising occupancy and revenue.

Key Responsibilities
* Oversee lettings operations across the Harrogate and Leeds offices.
* Lead, motivate, and develop the lettings team to achieve targets and KPIs.
* Drive property instructions, viewings, and tenancy conversions.
* Build and maintain strong landlord and tenant relationships.
* Ensure compliance with lettings legislation, ARLA standards, and company policies.
* Manage the end-to-end lettings process from valuation through to move-in.
* Maximise occupancy rates and rental income across the portfolio.
* Identify and implement opportunities for business growth and market expansion.
* Conduct regular market analysis to maintain competitive pricing strategies.
* Prepare and present performance reports to senior management.
Key Requirements
* Proven experience in a senior lettings role.
* Strong leadership and team management skills.
* Excellent knowledge of lettings legislation and compliance requirements.
* Demonstrable track record of hitting and exceeding targets.
* Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
* Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities across locations.
* ARLA qualification (or working towards) desirable.
* Full UK driving licence essential.
