Job Description: Proposition Manager at Aviva
Join our fast-growing Direct Wealth team, which currently offers cash savings, ISAs, investment accounts, and SIPPs. As a Proposition Manager, you will own the delivery of new and enhanced propositions across our full product suite and oversee the roadmap for future features. You will work closely with digital change teams and senior stakeholders to shape customer journeys and ensure regulatory compliance. Your work will help strengthen our market position and drive tangible customer and commercial outcomes.
Responsibilities include:
* Delivering new and improved financial products and propositions.
* Collaborating with digital teams and stakeholders to shape customer experiences.
* Ensuring all propositions meet regulatory standards.
* Driving market growth through innovative product development.
Skills and experience required:
* Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills.
* Proven track record of delivering projects from concept to launch, preferably in financial services or digital environments.
* Passion for customer-centric solutions and simplifying complex journeys.
* Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
* Commercial acumen focused on market share growth and competitive propositions.
What we offer:
* Salary: Circa £40,000 - £60,000 nationally; £50,000 - £80,000 in London (depending on experience and location).
