You will be part of a new programme delivery function, tasked with ensuring an ambitious portfolio of business change and technology projects are delivered on time and aligned with the firm's objectives and strategy. You will be responsible for eliciting and documenting business requirements and ensuring solutions are designed and delivered accordingly.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
* Lead analysis and validation of requirements for proposed projects submitted to RPC's PMO.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency of legal and business operations.
* Conduct research and analysis to understand stakeholder needs and expectations, providing data-driven insights to support decision-making.
* Manage RFI and RFP processes with suppliers of technical solutions.
* Document requirements and process flows (current and future states).
* Act as a liaison and translator between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
* Assist in developing business cases and project plans, and measure progress and success against them.
* Support the development and execution of testing and acceptance programs.
Knowledge, skills, and experience:
* At least 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst with a successful track record in project delivery within a law firm or professional services environment.
* Proficiency in various analysis techniques, including requirements and specifications documentation.
* Knowledge of testing methodologies, including designing and executing testing procedures.
* Understanding of different software development life cycles and methodologies.
* Ability to learn and model complex business processes and systems.
* Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Commercial awareness and experience managing third-party suppliers.
* Keen attention to detail and strong numeracy skills.
* Ability to handle challenging or demanding situations.
* Self-motivated and able to work independently.
* Experience working collaboratively in team environments.
* Analytical thinking skills.
* Strong organizational skills, with attention to detail and ability to multitask.
