Overview
QA Ltd, Leeds, West Yorkshire, United Kingdom. Role: Senior Sales Manager. You will be part of the wider Sales team, driving commercial success. You will manage, motivate and develop a team of up to 11 individual contributors to achieve or exceed quarterly revenue targets of up to £1.5–2M.
Responsibilities
* Assign activity and communicate clear performance expectations, objectives and key results
* Monitor day-to-day activity and progress, addressing drops in productivity
* Coach and develop team members to enhance sales competence and achievement of targets
* Support the team with problem solving and decision making where appropriate
* Actively involved in large deals; model effective sales techniques; act as a point of contact for client issues
* Champion a working environment that aligns with the QA Spirit
About You
* Knowledge of QA business solutions and of the learning and development / training industry – Instructor Led or eLearning
* Aware of the importance of customer centricity and team collaboration
* Knowledge of setting SMART objectives; awareness of typical KPIs and financial metrics in a customer-centric / sales environment
* Demonstrable ability to analyse problems and develop solutions
* Experience coaching and mentoring sales individual contributors; experience in a customer-centric, fast-paced, matrix environment
* Created and achieved personal development plans; ideally educated to degree level or equivalent or substantial experience in a similar role
