The Role: Account Director / Senior Account Director
This role is ideal for an established Corporate Comms & social Impact Account Director or a Senior Account Director looking to step into a more strategic, internationally focused position.
You’ll lead multi-market campaigns for global clients, acting as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders while navigating complex, fast-moving issues. This is a role for someone who thrives on earned media, understands influence, and knows how to shape narratives that cut through.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide senior strategic counsel across corporate communications, reputation, and issues management
* Lead multi-market campaigns across corporate, sustainability, and social impact agendas
* Manage high-profile, sensitive issues and support crisis communications strategies
* Build and maintain strong relationships with media, clients, and key stakeholders
* Identify and mitigate reputational risks
* Oversee project delivery, budgets, and timelines
* Lead and develop junior team members
* Contribute to new business and agency growth
What they are Looking For
* Established Account Director or stepping into Senior Account Director level within a reputable mid-to-large Comms consultancy environment
* Strong background in corporate communications, reputation management, and campaigns
* Experience advising on issues and crisis communications, with the ability to navigate complex, sensitive situations
* Proven track record delivering multi-market or international programmes
* Experience working on or exposure to social impact, sustainability, or purpose-driven campaigns alongside core corporate work
* Excellent media instincts, with a strong network of journalist relationships
* Confidence working with and advising senior stakeholders
* A curious, investigative mindset with the ability to uncover insights and shape compelling narratives
* Someone motivated by greater ownership, responsibility, and progression based on merit rather than tenure
* Strong commercial awareness, including experience managing budgets and campaign performance
