Are you an organised and proactive individual looking to make your mark in a dynamic construction environment? We are seeking an enthusiastic Administrator to support our Contract Managers on exciting projects! Our organisation excels at providing highly durable and cost-effective roofing solutions, along with associated building and construction services for commercial and industrial premises.

Role: Administrator
Contract Type: Permanent
Working Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM or 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM (Monday to Friday)
Location: Bromley Common
Responsibilities
* Collaborating closely with Contract Managers to support various project operations.
* Preparing and managing purchase orders while effectively communicating with suppliers.
* Assisting with basic accounting tasks, including invoice processing and cost tracking.
* Maintaining accurate records and documentation to ensure compliance and efficiency.
* Liaising with internal teams and external suppliers to guarantee timely delivery of materials.
* Providing general administrative support across the team to help achieve goals.
What We're Looking For
* A couple of years' experience in a similar administrative role.
* Experience in the construction industry is a plus.
* Strong organisational and communication skills to keep everything on track.
* Comfort in working with numbers and basic accounting processes.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
* A proactive and team-oriented approach to thrive in a collaborative environment.
