With a brand-new, state-of-the-art Training Centre opening in Birmingham this September, we’re expanding our team and looking for an inspiring Trainer / Course Development Manager to join us. This is more than a job — it’s a chance to influence the industry, work with global clients, and be part of a forward-thinking organisation that’s redefining security education.
Responsibilities
* Delivering engaging training at our Birmingham centre, client sites in the UK, and internationally.
* Collaborating with Sales to provide industry sector expertise when talking with clients.
* Designing and refining course content, both for classroom and eLearning formats.
* Supporting learners throughout their journey, offering guidance and tutor support.
* Assessing and quality assuring coursework to maintain our high standards.
Qualifications
* A Master’s degree in Security Management, Criminology, Risk Management, or a related field.
* A recognised training qualification (e.g., AET, Petals).
* 5+ years’ experience in a Security Management role.
* Proven experience delivering
* A valid driving licence and passport for travel flexibility.
* Exceptional communication, organisation, and relationship-building skills.
* A positive, adaptable mindset and a commitment to excellence.
If you hold Assessor and/or Internal Verifier qualifications this would be very beneficial.
