What You'll Be Doing:
* Leading technical development, design, and architecture for impactful, cloud-native projects.
* Writing and reviewing clean, testable code in .NET and Azure.
* Evolving existing systems and designing new ones with clarity and pragmatism.
* Driving engineering excellence through code reviews, performance tuning and scalable architecture.
* Coaching, mentoring and enabling growth in others through people-first leadership.
* Contributing to project planning, specification, and estimation discussions.
What You'll Bring:
* Proven experience with the Microsoft development stack (.NET, C#, Azure DevOps).
* Strong background in designing scalable, distributed systems and applying architectural best practices.
