The Role
Commercial Litigation - Senior Associate / Partner - Bristol - Up to £125,000 salary
An exceptional opportunity has arisen at a thriving commercial litigation boutique in Bristol, known for its partner-led approach and a clear ambition to grow significantly over the next 12–18 months.
With a team of highly experienced litigators and Legal 500-ranked lawyers, the firm is focused exclusively on resolving business disputes efficiently and effectively. The team is structured to provide a high degree of senior-level involvement in every matter, with flexible working and a collaborative culture that encourages autonomy, quality, and work-life balance.
The role will involve leading on a broad range of commercial litigation matters, including shareholder and partnership disputes, breach of contract claims, professional negligence, IP and brand protection, construction litigation, and complex multi-party disputes.
You will play a central role in driving business development, mentoring junior colleagues, and helping shape the future growth of the practice. This is a significant opportunity for a Senior Associate or Partner looking for genuine impact and progression.
The Candidate
* Commercial Litigation Solicitor with 5+ years' post-qualification experience or equivalent
* Experience and interest in arbitration
* Commercially aware with enthusiasm for business development
* Ability to work well as part of a team and on your own initiative
* Excellent organisation and time-management skills
