We are recruiting dedicated Learning Support Assistants to join a nurturing and well-respected specialist school in Gainsborough this September.The school caters to pupils with a broad spectrum of SEND needs including autism, speech and language difficulties, and developmental delay. You’ll be working as part of a close-knit, supportive team in a school that places a strong emphasis on pupil-centred learning, emotional wellbeing, and structured support. Each child is encouraged to progress at their own pace within a highly structured and inclusive environment.The ideal candidate will have:
* • Experience working with children with SEND (essential)
* • A patient and resilient attitude with a passion for inclusive education
* • Training in Team Teach, PRICE, Moving and Handling, or similar (desirable)
* • A proactive and flexible approach to working across different classes and key stages
