We are working with a growing Tech business on the outskirts of the city who are looking to recruit an Internal Account Manager to join their thriving sales team. Looking for a passionate and proactive individual, the successful candidate will be the go-to for support with valued customers as well as being a key driver in developing and nurturing new client relationships, identifying growth opportunities. This fully office-based role is an exciting opportunity to work with an market leading product within a dynamic team. Key duties will include;
* Manage inbound enquiries
* Identify new business opportunities
* Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
* Work with the Marketing Team to develop and contribute to sales campaign ideas
* Liaise with External Account Managers
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system
* Build strong relationships with partners
This is a fantastic opportunity for this market leader; the successful candidate will have the following;
* A graduate degree (or equivalent experience)
* 5 GCSEs (grades A* to C), including Maths and English
* A self-motivated, sales-driven attitude with plenty of energy and enthusiasm
* Excellent listening and communication skills
* Strong organisational and administrative abilities
* Confidence and professionalism
* Proficient in all MS Office packages
* Previous telesales or business-to-business (B2B) sales experience (desirable but not essential)
