Bluebird Care Hammersmith and Fulham is recruiting 2 female support workers for a complex care female client with cerebral palsy. The hourly rate starting from £15- £20 per hour. Client’s requirements for the candidates are : individual needs to be responsible, sensible and flexible with ability to plan activities, use common sense, someone dynamic, and able to clearly communicate in English. Someone having experience in dealing with stressful situations and supporting individuals with anxiety, presenting ability to provide reassurance, being able to be an advocate for the client when needed- when she is anxious. Living locally is a preferable and ability to prepare fresh food is a must. We are looking for an experienced Support worker in : personal care ( catheter), feeding, administration of medications.
