Job Description:
Role: Contract UX Researcher / Designer
Pay: Up to £325-£350/day outside IR35 (6-month contract)
Location: UK Remote + occasional travel to offices in Slough/Middlesbrough
We're looking for a UX Researcher/Designer to drive strategic product developments for MVP delivery in four months, in a complex B2B environment. You'll work on a Subcontractor Portal integrated with Enterprise ERP, Applications refactor, and mobile Expenses App, with a combined business case of up to £1m ARR over 5 years.
Requirements:
* 5+ years building customer-centric products with strong UX skills and UX research experience in agile frameworks.
* Product designer with research passion, capable of complex problem-solving and understanding problems deeply.
* Ability to handle ambiguity and own solutions end-to-end, from journey mapping and user interviews to gap analysis and solution design.
Bonus points if you have:
* Deep expertise in Figma, Miro, Jira
* B2B SaaS experience
* Finance/accounting/ERP software background
