Job summary
Collection of blood using venepuncture from patients in an Acute hospital setting.
We are looking to employ trainee Phlebotomists to train with existing teams.
Successful candidates will work as part of a team and independently to provide a blood sample collection service to wards, outpatient departments, and community clinical settings.
Previous Phlebotomy experience is desirable.
The post may also include support duties such as stock management.
Main duties of the job
* Blood collection using venepuncture from patients in primary and secondary care settings.
* Support duties including stock management.
* Ability to communicate in Welsh is desirable; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
