Title:Estimator Location:Co Antrim Estimator CSR are currently working on behalf of a specialist subcontractor, to recruit for an experienced Estimator, to join their team based in Belfast. Our client have extensive in-house capability to design, supply and install faade and envelope products, including curtain walling, glazing and roofing systems. Projects range from £150,000 to £10M working with a range of well-known and respected contractors. The role: Our client is keen to recruit for an experienced Estimator to join their commercial team. Coming from a construction background you will work on multiple projects reviewing tender documents. Duties: Preparation of cost budgets and cost estimates for all projects Estimate and submit quotations Prepare and submit financial reports and present on a monthly basis Negotiate pricing with suppliers and control costs Work with Operations Manager and Design team The person: You will be degree qualified with previous experience within a construction role. Strong communication and organisational skills. IT literate with proficient use of Microsoft office packages. Attention to detail and be able to prioritise workload. Experience of working on large scale projects Motivated with the drive to succeed.
