We are currently seeking 6 x Skilled Fitters to join our Operations Department within our HS Marston facility in Wolverhampton.
Main Responsibilities:
* Understand and interpret Engineering Drawings
* Adhere to Technical Specifications
* Assemble & test product
* Comply with all Environmental Health & Safety requirements
* Behave ethically at all times
* Identify & contribute to Continuous Improvement activities
* Support ACE activities (5s, TPM, Turnbacks, Clinics)
* Maintain LOT Traceability
Skills / Qualifications:
* City & Guilds or equivalent in Sheet Metal Work
* Experience in hand fabrication
* Minimal PC experience (to access drawings / labour collection)
* Knowledge of LEAN Manufacturing would be an advantage
* Must be able to work within a team environment
* Willingness to be Flexible and Adaptable
* Good Communication Skills
