Role: Financial Analyst

What You’ll Do
* Work with AI teams to train and evaluate models on financial reasoning and data interpretation.
* Review and validate model-generated outputs across valuation, forecasting, budgeting, and financial statement analysis.
* Provide structured feedback to improve the accuracy and clarity of AI-generated financial reports.
* Help build evaluation frameworks for cash flows, ratios, KPIs, and market insights.
* Participate in collaborative review sessions several times a week.
What You Bring
* Background in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration.
* 4+ years in financial analysis, investment research, or corporate finance.
* Strong financial modeling skills (Excel, Python, R, or SQL) and understanding of valuation methods.
* Deep knowledge of financial statements, forecasting, and corporate metrics.
* Clear communication and the ability to articulate analytical reasoning.
* Availability for 20–30 hours per week.
