Role Overview We are seeking an outstanding Regional Operations Manager to lead and elevate performance across 50 stores throughout the South of England, overseeing approximately 275 full and part-time team members. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will play a critical role in shaping and executing our operational strategy, driving commercial success, and fostering a culture of excellence across your region. Key Responsibilities Lead, develop and inspire the area management team to deliver exceptional operational results across all locations. Implement, refine and uphold operational standards, protocols, and best practices to maximise efficiency and consistency. Translate company strategy into actionable regional plans, ensuring delivery against key business objectives. Take full accountability for commercial performance across all KPIs, using insight and analytics to drive sales, optimise labour and improve operational performance. Champion a positive, high-performance culture focused on customer experience, team engagement and continuous improvement. Ideal Candidate Minimum 5 years’ experience in multi-site retail, leisure or service-led operations. Strong commercial and analytical skills with the ability to lead a data-driven business. Exceptional leadership, communication and coaching skills, with a proven track record of developing high-performing managers. Results-driven, ambitious and highly organised, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and execution. A genuine passion for people, customer experience and the evolving wellness sector.
