Job Description
Purpose of the Role and Responsibilities:
* To coordinate JLR customer requirements (commercial, process requirements).
o Coordinating the official corporate response to the customer, dealing with questions from Bosch employees and JLR on the evaluation status of requirements.
o Evaluating JLR requirements, identifying and liaising with the appropriate Bosch expert to evaluate them using the Bosch Customer Requirements Server (CRS).
* To maintain the JL/SOI sales portal and coordinate access to JLR online portals.
* To coordinate the generation and collation of various strategic planning and review documents.
* To coordinate the preparation for customer strategy meetings.
* To coordinate the review and approval of non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) for JLR projects.
* To support the Sales Director (JL/SOE) with various management support and central sales tasks, dealing with cross divisional management.
Qualifications
* Studying for an undergraduate degree in a relevant discipline e.g. Business Management and required to take a placement as part of your course.
* Self-motivated and pro-active with a strong work ethic
* Tenacious approach to new challenges
* Highly organised, with ability to deal with multiple complex topics
* Flexibility to adapt the changing demands of the customer
* Strong communication skills
* Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
* Ability to make contacts and build networks
* Knowledge of Bosch sales and marketing tools, Bosch process knowledge, business planning advantageous
* Knowledge of Bosch product and services portfolio useful
* Proficient in Microsoft office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
Additional Information
This is a 12-month internship beginning in June 2026. This position is open to undergraduate students who are required to partake in a work placement as part of their course.
Location: you will be based at the Coventry office.
Shortlisted candidates will then be invited to participate in a face-to-face interview by the hiring team and/or an online assessment centre.
You must have the right to live and work in the UK when you start your placement and for the full duration of your placement. Please note your placement must be directly relevant to your course to comply with visa requirements.
