Basic Salary: £40,000 – £45,000
On Target Earnings: Circa £80,000
Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 6:00pm
Saturdays: 1 in 2 (9:00am – 4:30pm) with a day in lieu the following week

The Role
We are seeking an experienced and driven Sales Manager to head up the residential sales department. This is a senior position within the business, working closely with the Directors and acting as a key figure in the day-to-day leadership and strategic direction of the company — effectively operating as second-in-command.
You will be responsible for driving revenue, leading and developing the sales team, and ensuring the highest standards of customer service and performance are consistently delivered.
Key Responsibilities
* Leading, motivating, and managing the sales team to achieve and exceed targets
* Conducting market appraisals and winning new instructions
* Developing and implementing effective sales strategies
* Working closely with the Directors on business growth and operational decisions
* Overseeing the sales pipeline from instruction through to completion
* Maintaining exceptional client relationships and delivering a premium service
* Monitoring market trends and competitor activity within the local area
* Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company standards
Key Requirements
* Proven experience in a senior estate agency role (Senior Negotiator, Valuer, Assistant Manager, or Sales Manager)
* Strong track record in winning instructions and conducting valuations
* In-depth knowledge of the Beaconsfield property market and surrounding areas
* Excellent leadership and team management skills
* Highly driven, target-focused, and commercially aware
* Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities
* Professional, personable, and aligned with a high-service, independent agency ethos
