Job Title -Accounts/Administrator for Private Fertility Clinic in Boreham Wood Herts
Salary - £28,000 up to £30,000 depending on experience within healthcare
Financial knowledge required-Accounts Xero/Workbooks within Private Healthcare
Car driver preferred due to location - Free parking on site
23 Days Holiday plus salary increase after probation depending on performance
Probation period between three and six months depending on performance
Location - Boreham Wood Hertfordshire
Hours - Between 8.30/9am to 5.30pm rota - some Sat/Sun mornings - Time off in lieu
Role - Permanent
Start Date -ASAP
We are seeking a bubbly, switched on Administrator with Accounts experience who will also speak with patients who has a passion for assisting patients daily to work as an Administrator and Accounts Assistant for this high-end Fertility Clinic based in Boreham Wood assisting the Manager. This is a very busy role where you will be dealing with payments, data entry within accounts using Xero or Workbooks with payments and packages, inquiries by email, phone and face to face, and following the patient journey from start to the finish of their Fertility treatments. This is a lovely, friendly, and welcoming state of the art Clinic where each patient's well-being is a priority, they are greeted and ensured that they are being well looked after all the way through. You will be highly articulate with solid administrative skills and Accounts experience.
