What you'll need to succeed
Deliver high-quality lessons tailored to individual student needsCollaborate with the SENCO and support staff to create personalised learning plansFoster a positive and inclusive classroom environmentEngage parents and guardians in their child’s progressQualified Teacher Status (QTS)Experience working with students with special educational needsStrong communication and teamwork skills
