Salary: Up to £80,000 DOE + benefits
Location: UK-based, flexible/hybrid working

Role:
* Own budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes.
* Provide accurate monthly management reports with insightful commentary.
* Develop and maintain dynamic financial models for decision-making support.
* Collaborate with operational teams to identify efficiencies and improve processes.
* Ensure compliance with financial reporting standards.
Experience required:
* Qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, ACA).
* Experience in SME, project-based environments such as construction, engineering, or manufacturing.
* Strong business partnering skills, working closely with operational teams to enhance performance.
* Proven financial modelling capabilities supporting commercial and strategic initiatives.
