About the Role
This role is ideal for a hygienist who enjoys working independently while being supported by an experienced specialist team.
You will primarily focus on:
* Direct Access hygiene appointments
* Periodontal maintenance and therapy
* Preventive dentistry and oral health education
* Airflow and advanced hygiene treatments
* Implant maintenance support
* Building patient confidence through exceptional care and communication
You will have the opportunity to work with a well-established private patient base with strong demand for ongoing periodontal and preventive care.
Key Responsibilities
You will:
* Provide high-quality dental hygiene care within your GDC scope of practice
* Deliver comprehensive periodontal treatment and maintenance
* Educate and motivate patients on oral health and prevention
* Carry out Airflow polishing and advanced hygiene treatments
* Maintain accurate clinical records and high standards of patient care
* Work closely with the specialist team to support patient outcomes
* Build strong patient relationships through excellent communication and professionalism

About You
We are looking for someone who:
* Is GDC registered as a Dental Hygienist or Dental Therapist
* Has experience working within private dentistry
* Is confident in providing Direct Access hygiene care

* Communicates confidently and works well within a team
* Takes pride in delivering an exceptional patient experience
