About The Role
We’re looking for a driven, customer-focused Lettings Negotiator to join our team and help connect great people with great homes.
This is a fast-paced, sales-focused role where no two days are the same. You’ll be at the heart of the lettings journey, marketing properties, negotiating offers, and building strong relationships with both landlords and applicants.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Proactively marketing properties across multiple channels to generate strong interest
* Qualifying applicants to ensure suitability and affordability
* Negotiating offers between landlords and applicants to secure successful lets
* Upselling additional services and identifying opportunities for repeat business
* Working closely with landlords to ensure properties are compliant and ready to let
* Managing the lettings journey from offer agreed through to move-in
* Ensuring all legal and compliance requirements are met prior to marketing and occupation
* Maintaining accurate records and system updates in line with company procedures
* Collaborating with colleagues to ensure a smooth handover into property management
